Adams & Martin Group is seeking a highly organized, tech-forward Executive Assistant, AI & Data Operations to support leadership in a fast-paced, innovative law firm. This role blends executive support, AI research, data reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is excited about emerging technology, skilled at organizing information, and comfortable turning data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Project Coordination
- Manage calendars, meetings, follow-ups, and priority tracking for leadership.
- Prepare summaries, presentations, and executive-ready materials.
- Keep strategic initiatives organized and moving forward.
AI Tools & Workflow Optimization
- Research AI trends, tools, and use cases relevant to business operations.
- Recommend and assist in implementing AI platforms that improve efficiency.
- Develop prompts, SOPs, and best practices for responsible AI use.
Data & Reporting
- Use DOMO and other tools to gather, organize, and analyze data.
- Build clear dashboards and reports combining multiple data sources.
- Identify trends and provide insights that support decision-making.
Process Improvement
- Strengthen workflows, documentation, and communication systems.
- Support implementation of new technologies and operational processes.
- Maintain a continuous-improvement mindset.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong interest in AI tools and business process optimization.
- Experience with DOMO or similar BI/reporting tools preferred.
- Highly organized, analytical, and proactive; strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; quick to learn new tech.
Preferred
- Experience supporting senior leadership.
- Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
- Familiarity with dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven reporting.
